2008 Club Membership

The fee schedule includes rates for Sunnyvale resident and non-Sunnyvale residents. Discounts are provided for seniors, 65 and over anytime during 2008. One adult "family" member may be included per household. Child members may be registered at no additional cost. A child member must be under 19 years old throughout 2008.
Liability Waiver: Payment of dues means you agree to the following waiver. I (we) do hereby agree to indemnify and hold the City of Sunnyvale and Sunnyvale Tennis Club from and against any and all liability for any injuries which may be incurred by me (us) arising out, or in any way connected with, my (our) participation in any event sponsored by the aforementioned.
