Welcome NEW members if you are joining our club for the first time!
To ALL RETURNING members, it is time to renew the STC Membership.

There are three ways to submit your membership:

1. At the Sunnyvale Tennis Center Pro Shop: Obtain the “lavender” 2008 STC Membership forms from the Shop. You may drop off your form and payment in the WHITE Membership mailbox located inside the Pro Shop, or mail them. The club prefers no cash payment. However, if you can only pay in cash, be sure to enclose the cash in a sealed envelope along with your membership form into the WHITE Membership mailbox.
DO NOT MAIL CASH payments.

2. ONLINE: Better, faster and save $0.41 postage.
Go to Membership and click the yellow Join or Renew Now! button.
Then follow the instructions for renewing.
This is the only way credit card payments are accepted.
We use PayPal to handle our transactions, but you do NOT need a PayPal account to submit your payment.

3. From the Club’s Website: To print the form from the club website, go to Membership.
Choose the PDF format   or the word format for printing your form which is located below the Join or Renew Now button.
Mail the completed form and payment to the address indicated on the form. Personal checks and money orders are accepted.
DO NOT MAIL CASH.
If you are sending in your form, please “print legibly” so your contact information will be entered correctly.
