Formerly known as Sunnyvale Tennis Club B-1, this 3.5 team has been playing on the Las Palmas Tennis Courts for about 20 years.

To differentiate between our team and Rosie Go’s team we are now known as The Sunnyvale Stars. Our team has always been open to all Sunnyvale Tennis Club members of the 3.5 level.
Many wonderful ladies have kept the tradition of fielding tennis teams for those who like to play and socialize with other club’s members. I do the scheduling for the team, assigning players to captain and play the individual matches.
The STARS opposing teams have grown to eighteen different clubs, scheduling 35 matches throughout the Peninsula from September through May.
As this may vary from year to year it is always a challenge to keep a balanced schedule and make certain all members get a chance to play.

Interclub is social tennis with most teams serving lunch at the end of game time. We hope to keep this opportunity for all STC female members.

The matches are B-1 and A-2 level. There is cross over for teams according to strength.
